Power Up is a resistance class designed to improve your muscular strength and endurance. That means if your a runner, tennis player, soccer play, or any kind of athlete, this class is for you. That's not all though. If your a regular Joe looking to add resistance to your already cardio intensive workout but do not know how, Power Up is for you. The limited group setting is the perfect environment for you to get the guidance and attention needed for a safe but challenging workout.
Power Up uses a series of workouts put together by professional trainers that implements Kettlebell work, Ply-metrics, and basic Calisthenics to give you a unique workout unlike anything else. The class is designed for NON athletes as well as advanced. If you are interested in trying this class but do not know the first thing about Kettlebells it is highly recommended you attend the free workshop on the first Saturday of every month before you register for a actual class.
